Knowledge Review - What happens if I fail?

Q: What happens if I fail a test more than 3 times?

A: If you fail the knowledge Review test in a certain module 3 or more times, you just would not receive your certificate of completion with that particular module listed on it. With this in mind, there are always alternative options that you can choose to help get you through the course. If you do not successfully complete this a first time, you will be notified of where you went wrong and you can simply go back to the course videos and workbooks and complete those sections until you feel confident.

If you have lifetime course access, you will always have this course to use as a resource for the rest of your working life and this includes any updates to training materials of the respective courses that we put up on the site.
